Location, the bed was extra large, the room was clean and the service and people were freindly
The shower door was situated too close to the toilet, and it was very very hard to get into the shower, if you were a big person, there is no way that you could have been able to get into that shower.

Check in and out were very smooth, staff very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was clean and exactly as advertised. Good value hotel in a great location for exploring. Torres Vedras itself is a lovely town with great restaurants and bars and historic interest. The hotel doesn't serve food but there is a well stocked bar and the Imperio cafe is just downstairs for a delicious breakfast.
The tea / coffee offering in the room might have been more generous but otherwise everything was great.

Overall, I would say it offers great value for money in an unbeatable location in Torres Vedras. Don’t expect a luxury experience, but if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, central, and affordable to stay in Torres Vedras, then I cannot recommend this place enough.
Soundproofing could definitely be improved, as we could clearly hear noise from the adjoining rooms as well as from the floor above. The bathroom would also benefit from some refurbishment in the near future.

The location is great, right in the city centre. The breakfast is good
The shower door was leaking, the water was almost at the hallway. There was no power outlets beside the bed, and the existing ones were defected (charging turned on and off multiple times during the day)
