First the welcome was super nice. We initially booked a standard double room but the lady gave us the biggest room with 2 beds! We were shocked and super happy.
The room is very very big and super clean as well.
Coffee and ect are available with a mini fridge (not empty).
The breakfast each morning were freshly made.
Honestly if i'm travelling in Dusseldorf again, i would book the place again.

friendly staff, room was cool despite heat outside, fast and easy check-in and check-out, close to train station
sign in the room saying, that no liability for stolen clothes or valuables. but no safe inside the room, nor a sign you could put outside the door saying do not clean. So basically no chance to "avoid" that sth gets stolen.
Its conveniently close to the central station, thus the area seems a bit dodgy (which is normal in big cities I guess)

The location is quite central.
The carpet in my room looked quite dirty. It had several spots and looked like it wasn't cleaned properly.
