Bathroom shower needs updating

Breakfast was very good and you could have what you wanted. It was good as you wanted.

Black pudding made available would make it better.

The room was clean. Location not far from the beach for a stroll, though Bognor has a pebble beach so everyone walks on paths not the beach itself. Parking available though a bit cramped.

It’s all a bit tired. Very hot in the current heatwave and my room on the second floor was stifling. No fans even and the bed was made up with a duvet! Windows were left open but you couldn’t have a through draught at night as the bathroom doesn’t have blinds/curtain so I had to close the door to the bathroom so that the light didn’t wake me. Bedroom curtains not lined so the room was light very early, and the next door apartment seemed to have a lot of vehicle movements until quite late and the seagulls were vocal quite early! Poor night’s sleep! Lift not working and no one offered to help with luggage. I had notified my food intolerances in advance via Booking.com but it was clear that the owner had not seen the message. No welcome on arrival, no goodbye on departure. Cooked breakfast was good and there was a range of cereals (including gluten free), juice and yoghurt but the fruit selection was poor. Everyone pleasant to speak to but it was a mixed experience to be honest.
