The room was spacious, and the location was excellent. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Overall, I think it offers good value for money, especially considering that this is typically a very expensive neighborhood. I think this is a solid 7/10 hotel.
The overall look and feel of the hotel, particularly the reception area, could be improved. Some details in the room also made it feel less like a hotel and more basic than expected. The bed sheets and mattress cover did not have the quality or appearance I would expect from a hotel. The ceiling in the room was also visibly dirty.
The TV unit we had hung up near the ceiling was disconnected from the power source, so it could not be used. The A/C did not do much. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproofed at all, and we could hear quite a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms.

Excellent Location. Room was clean.
Make sure you indicate to guests that to enter the building after hours, the door will be locked and that you will have to pass your room key by the sensor to open the door.

Good communication, great location, room was big
No AC. They say there's like a general hotel AC, just no individual controls in the room, but this is simply not the case. We were absolutely boiling every night. Getting to sleep was very very uncomfortable.
