The room was very small but clean. The hotel was close to a metro station. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast at 13Euro was nice with lots of choices.
Over priced for the size and comfort in the summer.
No hotel without AC should be listed on Booking .com for summer travel. It was 30 to 35C outside and almost as hot in the room. The ceiling fan only moved hot air around. Probably a suitable hotel from mid-September to late May, but not in the heat of the summer.

Price, location with great public transport access (bus and metro)
During one of hottest weeks in May in Paris, not having air conditioning made sleeping difficult. Ceiling fan helped.

The location. Near to bus and metro station.
The reception staff. Very unpleasant. And the only staff I had to encounter (2 female staff). Not a smile on the face. Almost like being not happy or not knowing how to welcome a customer. Check in was at 2 PM. Arrived at 1:45 PM and made me wait at the lobby until the clock chimed 2 to start the check in process although the room was available to check in.
