Es ist nach dem Umbau/der Renovierung ein sehr schönes Resort geworden. Der Invinitypool mit Blick auf die Rheinschleife ist genial.

Helt nyåbnet hotel med virkelig lækre værelser og omgivelser.

Køkkenet/restauranten havde ikke styr på noget. Den ene aften havde vi bestilt bord i restauranten, men der var ikke noget bord til os, og vi måtte vente en halv time, inden vi fik et sted at sidde. Vi ventede længe på maden og der var ikke styr på vores drikkevarer. Morgenmadsbuffeten var super lækker (og dyr!!), men der ventede vi også længe på drikkevarer og den ene morgen, var der ingen ledige borde, så vi måtte hente vores jakker og sidde udenfor.

Beliggenheden

At det ikke var færdigbygget og derfor manglede mange af de ting der gjorde at vi valgte det hotel. Manglende kommunikation med receptionen der somme tider nærmest opførte sig flabet og bestemt ikke tog os alvorligt i vores frustration. Fik først svar på vores problem og spørgsmål efter flere dage hvor jeg måtte banke lidt i bordet
