The room and facilities were great. Breakfast very good, fantastic coffee!
Personal favourite was the Wild Duck restaurant in the evening, great service and reasonably priced food.
Not sure if I missed it, but a small gym would be great. But the pool and spa were fantastic.

The new rooms and the changes since we last visited were fantastic. We had limited time at the hotel because we were visiting friends so we missed using the facilities, we will stay longer next time. The breakfast was very nice.

Nice Hotel, nice and clean rooms, modern in a nice and quiet area.
Hotel was understaffed and the staff was not very service orientated. Nobody helped with luggage. No room service and the tone of voice was cold and not very friendly, not warm and welcoming. Hotel has different parts and to find your room was a bit difficult. Signs are not clear and no proper direction given by staff.
