Extremely friendly staff and welcoming arrival. Room was superb with magnificent views over the mountains. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice . Great location as very close to the centre of Crans-Montana.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room with splendid view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exquisite cuisine for lunch and very rich breakfast buffet. Super quiet position.
Bed was too soft and fluffy. But maybe that's just my personal taste. Furthermore, there is only a Japanese restaurant in house. Maybe it is because it is Summer season. I loved it and it was excellent, but I thought some local food would make sense too.
