Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The location and setup is super practical and lovely. Rooms comfy, and very clean.

Very spacious room and huge comfortable bathroom. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Good parking. The hotel is close to the Lüneburger Heide and is a nice starting point of your day full of hiking and adventures :) 100% recommend!

Nice place to stay during wandering through Luneburg Heath.
Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food.
No security cameras across the territory.
Someone hit my car when it was parked and simply drove off.
Now I can only believe that police will conduct successful investigation of it.

The receptionist was very rude and seemed to be over stressed and when my wife said she did not speak German the reply was "you are in Germany now". That was a very bad introduction to otherwise nice hotel.
