Nagyon tetszett, hogy a személyzet nem piszkált semmiért, a gyerekek ugrálhattak a vízbe és kilenc óra helyett 10 kor zárt be a wellness és ez is kifejezetten tetszett. Továbbá a játék termet addig használhatuk ameddig akartuk.
A személyzet nem tud rendes koktélt készíteni de szerintem csak nem elég gyakorlottak.

Hatte Halbpension gebucht . Soweit in Ordnung. Essen war sehr gut und reichlich . Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer (Zumindest unseres)haben die beste Zeit hinter sich und könnten mal erneuert werden inkl. Bäder.
(Kein echter 4-Sterne-Luxus nach westeuropäischem Maßstab) Grundreinigung könnte verbessert werden. Personal war z.B. nicht in der Lage vor Neubezug durch uns und in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes die Übergardine wieder einzufädeln.
