Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Jedes Zimmer hatte seinen eigenen Tisch zum Frühstück, welches als Buffet angeboten wurde und sehr abwechslungsreich war. Unser Familien-Apartment bestand aus 2 Zimmern, Bad und einer Küche. Es war in der 3. Etage, welche mit dem Fahrstuhl gut zu erreichen war. Die Aussicht aus den Zimmerfenster war sehr schön. Die beiden Zimmer waren groß und es gab ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten (Schränke und viele Schubfächer).
In der Küche stand auf dem Esstisch eine kleine Menage für Salz und Pfeffer. Abgesehen das beide Behälter leer waren, sahen sie nicht besonders sauber aus. Auch gab es für die Möglichkeit zum Essenzubereiten nur einen sehr großen Topf ohne Deckel, eine sehr große Pfanne und einen mittelgroßen Tiegel.
Im Bad lief das Wasser im Waschbecken nur sehr, sehr langsam ab. Und obwohl wir das am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption gemeldet haben, war in den nächsten Tagen keine Besserung zu erkennen.

Distance from the train station was great, only 20 minutes. Centre and the singing fountain is about 20 minutes too. Hotel is away from the main road so in the evening very quiet. Rooms were very big and clean and view from our room was beautiful. Breakfast simple but filling and we also had what seemed like home made cake. Also happy with the spa facilities. Staff very helpful and informative

Good location, very large apartament and free parking!
When paying during check-out, a mistake was made in entering the correct amount, this resulted in too much money being withdrawn from my account. The hotel admitted their mistake and then arranged for the amount to be back in my account 'immediately'.
Unfortunately, this was not the case and I had to wait more than a week until I got the money back!
It was a stupid mistake by the staff! So people pay attention when paying for hotel room, whether the amount (in Czech crowns) is correct!
