The staff was so helpful, the lady on reception was very engaging when we checked in, and our waiter Merrick and called us by our first names every time we went into the very stunning restaurant. The restaurant is just spectacular, and all you needed to do was cross the bridge and catch a number 17 tram into old town. We loved staying on this botel
No hot water jug in the rooms, and the mattress was very uncomfortable with lots of springs which you could feel. No hairdryer.

A great central location with beautiful rooms and a good breakfast. The evening restaurant had fancy food too.
It was a bit noisy one night/morning with people chatting in the room next door at 5.00.
