Reception very nice. Laura explained the different tours and organised for us to go with a taxi.
Filipo was very helpful and checked train back to Milano which were better connected, only hotels could go on. so i made our journey quicker.
The train a bit far and taxi are quite expensive to train station.

the Location and the view
the wifi Connection was terrible. we had a few work
related teams meetings scheduled during our stay, and already on the first day it turned out the poor quality of the hotel wifi meant this could simply not be done. we asked at the front desk if there was anywhere else we could sit to improve the connection, but we’re told this was a problem
just on that particular day, it affected the whole hotel and there were technicians present who would make sure that the WiFi was up to par on the following day. we stayed for four days, and the connection did NOT improve during our stay
