Consigliato

Staff super gentile ci hanno anche fatto un upgrade. Struttura pulita e accogliente. Colazione ottima e variegata con ampio buffet dolce e salato. Resta a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro quindi è comodissimo.

Good value for money and great location

The location and the staff were great. The small pool also amazing

The breakfast was very limited and there were no vegetables of any kind proposed: only sweets, canned fruit & yoghurt, meats and cheeses and small sandwiches sometimes

poor stay and too expensive

The bed is not comfortable room too small and too expensive during checkout, they tried adding many items to my bill I didn’t know about but luckily I red previous reviews and this happens to other customers

Perfect week in Forte dei Marmi!

Perfect location, close to the beach and the centre of Forte dei Marmi!

Disappointing

The staff was extremely kind, especially people working at the breakfast room and woman who cleaned the rooms. The breakfast was ok - a few alternatives was available if you do not eat gluten.

the pool was a joke, it is more like a big bath. the fitness room was even bigger joke as there was not even the yoga carpet - I would say there is no pool and no fitness room, because both were unusable.

So Sweet and peacefull

We love the place, peacefull with bikes you can go biking in the city. Close to the beach and Nice and kind people who work here

The room was adequate, the location was excellent, the use of bikes was a nice touch.

The location of the property was good and that ultimately is what we paid for. For the price we paid, the room was just ok but thankfully it was clean which made up for the basic nature of the atmosphere. We liked the use of bikes from the hotel.

For the cost of the room, I would have expected a bit more of a comforting, nice atmosphere. I did not like that we were forced to pay the higher rate for breakfast when we really did not want to have breakfast at the hotel. There should be an option for no board, half board, and full board. This is standard in Europe. Since we paid for breakfast, I had my children try to eat only to find that all that was offered was prepackaged food which is not the healthiest option.

the rooms need to be refurbished, they are really bad ,from the rooms this hotel i would classify as 1 star not 4, the amenities are also old like the gym and pool

The hotel was clean.

In the middle of our sleep we heard a very annoying noise. It was like someone wanted to destroy our door. It was too loud. The room that was given to us was like a three star hotel.

Very good

Very nice atmosphere, the terrasse is comfortable, staff friendly and location ideal to go to the Beach and the city center :) just in front of Café Morin and close to Principe.

Really nice hotel, great position great staff, rooms just a little dated.

The beds are comfortable the rooms are a good size the reception restaurant and bar are all great, staff were very helpful friendly and couldn't do enough for me.

It was a bit dated the rooms could do with updating.

Very good

The restaurant was actually very nice for dinner, would suggest to have dinner included in the price the next time for a short stay, def worthy, because the food was great. Beds were very comfy, also outside balcony was nice. The place is very family-friendly no doubt.

Breakfast was kinda weaker and you have to actively ask the staff for this and for that, most of things were hidden (which is ok nowadays) but they don't say what they offer (at least not to us in Eng they didn't). Parking only around on the streets but for free. Beach is not public anywhere near, but can pay €€ 60-250 for day rent of an equipped stand (with sunbeds & umbrella/tent/roof, not jacuzzi)
