Duca Del Mare - Hotel Di Nardo group

The room was tidy, clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony over Tuscany. The hotel had spaces for cars and the staff were fantastic. It was great location to walk into Massa Marittima and for access to the rest of Tuscany.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in flexibly, and the team was very willing to help us find a solution when we encountered an issue, which we greatly appreciated. In the end, we decided not to stay in the room and booked another accommodation instead. The hotel handled this situation professionally and worked with us to find a quick solution. We were very satisfied with the service and would like to thank the staff for their hospitality.
