Everything. An authentic hotel with a perfect location. The staff were amazing. We were welcomed by Tugba who went out of her way to accommodate our needs (we booked early tours and she offered us packed lunches as we missed breakfast), recommended places to eat in town and patiently explained where to go.
Communication was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Konak, which is ideally located in some very quaint and authentic streets of Kusadasi. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Bear in mind there is the sound of the mosque calling nearby, but that is true in many places in Turkey. The pool was divine. We loved the place !

The location was excellent. The staff were warm and inviting. The common area was very nice. Breakfast was very good, especially the yogart.
The bed was hard and no blankets were provided. Since there was only a wall air conditioner, it ran all night and was very cold, even though I kept turning the temp warmer.
