Nice hotel, with amazing staff.

The employees where amazing, lovely people, who really wanted to arrange everything in the best possible way. Great breakfast, very clean room, nice place near the pool, and a good variety of drinks and amusement at the pool ;)

Unfortunately before our arrival there have been guests who where not careful in the apartment/ room, due to this the toilet had serious issues which the hotel was not able to fix during our holiday.

Super cosy atmosphere and super nice rooms and staff! Would recommend!

All the staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was so nice and modern! The breakfast was really good and also the food they had in the poolbar. It was a little bit of a walk to go to the center of Votsalakia but there were supermarkets, coffe shops and restaurants all the way along the way! 10/10 would recommend!

Decent hotel, needs to hire better staff

close ro the beach and several restaurants & shops. some of the staff was lovely.

The room was scarcely furnished, nowhere to put down or hang up your belongings. Some of the staff was shockingly impolite and even passive aggressive at times. Especially the breakfast lady. As far as I could tell she was polite to other guests. She didn’t even say good morning to us, even we we said good morning to her. Extremely unpleasant woman.

Great value for money. Meticulously prepared breakfast

I liked everything about this small family owned boutique hotel. The location is convenient with easy access to the silent but beautiful beach. The sea is super clean. The breakfast was delicious and full of homemade pies and jams. The only thing may require some improvement is the quality of filter coffee, perhaps buying higher quality coffee beans may be a good idea. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Despina and the bar tender was so nice. Also the lady who prepares the food was so genuine and makes good food:) I totally recommend this hotel!

Everything was fine. Very good value for money! the only tiny feedback is the coffee quality which is not a bother at all. It is just nowadays 3rd wave coffee shops boosted our perception towards quality coffee :)

Exceptional

We arrived at Aphrodite hotel and we have been welcomed by Ioannis, the barman, very nice guy that speaks all languages and make very good cocktails. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are furnished with quite modern stuff, only the kitchenette is a bit old but seems functional (we didn’t actually used). All the people managing and working in the hotel are really friendly and try to help in everything you might need.. they even brought me a cake a sang happy bday on my my birthday :) The hotel is at walking distance to a number of nice restaurants and beaches… we were here looking for rest and relax so we enjoyed a lot the calm and relaxing atmosphere in this area… people looking for partying might like more other area of Samos. Breakfast was very good and pretty complete on both salty and sweet side… the plus for me is that Is served in the garden so you can have breakfast under the shadow of trees and enjoying the morning wind. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing stay.

maybe adding a cappuccino machine would add the ability to have different coffee variations

Very good

Room was modern and good schower. Good bed. Place had a good vibe, nice garden and pool.

Played music from 8am to 5pm around pool/garden. You even heard in on your balcony. Was not beachfront as advertised.

VERY GOOD PREMISSES RUN BY FAMILY

very kind & supportive owners, even with 3 stars the locations is very good quality, nice swimming pool, each request immediately executed. It is located at very quiet place of the city, outside main traffic, which is available in 5 min. walk.

A bit small bathroom & room for 3 persons.

Nice place close to the beach

Great location (close to the beach) and we loved the breakfast. The staff is super friendly. You can park your car at the hotel.

The Wifi was not working. We got a different room than we booked. So no (sea or mountain) view but close to the garden and pool.

Peaceful Paradise

Seaview, good ac, fine breakfast, pool, everything. The double bed was excellent , teenager was a bit less happy with the bed, maybe sth extra underneath next time? Good shower. I personally would like to have a broom in the room for the sand from the beach. But that is a minor detail, as a brochure in the room could be a nice addition. Perhaps four small chairs on the balcony when you stay with 4, but we didnt really used it, we enjoyed sitting at the pool. Maybe a tip for the owners organise a bbq night? We really enjoyed the hospitality of Yannis and Dimitra and Voula. Breakfast was lovely, especially the last day's spanakopita; im waiting for the recipe, Yannis😉. satisfying stay but needs better maintenance and fine tuning at peak season

very kind owner/staff, also assistance for finding rooms at peak season good layout of hotel facilities pro flooring material overall the facilities cool bartender playing cool music after dark access to some restos/grocery stores by walking free parking CC accepted car rental assistance

monotonous breakfast should be improved by adding some dynamic elements. for example, drinkable coffee would be great by simply adding a simple espresso/americano machine to the breakfast area. alternatively, free coffee can be served from the bar to breakfast clients. also, different kind of teas would be appreciated breakfast olives can be replaced with tastier ones. cold milk can be served for children. other chesses can be served at times to make a change. custom eggs can be cooked spotty wifi. not enough bandwidth for video playing WC was somewhat cramped. hard to maintain it dry/clean noisy/inefficient HVAC in the room better quality pillows needed for sleeping
