The location is excellent right between the Luxor museum and Luxor Temple. The staff were exceptional and very helpful (we had a complication with a tour and Gigi in guest services was incredibly helpful in getting it sorted out). The breakfast buffet was lovely and definitely worth it. The pool area was comfortable and very clean, as were the rooms.
The hotel decor is quite dated but everything was clean in the areas we visited and in the room. The beds were very firm.

Huge hotel with amazing pool and restaurant area. Staff were so helpful with transfers and other information. Room was comfortable and a good size. Very happy with my stay.
Beds were very firm, but still comfortable.

Aside the Nile river and close to Luxor Temple
Carpet on the alley are staled and with historic flavor.

The pool was the highlight, plus good restaurant by the pool.
Wi-fi was awful - many guests were complaining. Breakfast was very basic. Showers in room were poor.
