Desde el momento del check-in, el trato del personal fue cálido y muy atento. Las instalaciones están muy buenas, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, y la propuesta gastronómica superó todo lo que esperábamos. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle para hacerte sentir cómodo. ¡Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos al 100%!
Que todas las actividades con monitores, las indicaciones sean solo en portugués.

El personal es muy amable, el club de niños es espectacular, la comida rica y variada, el all inclusive 100 % recomendado
Las instalaciones por lo menos del área de NO socios (en la cual nos tocó a nosotros) están bastante descuidadas:escaleras oxidadas, habitaciones pequeñas y ese edificio no tiene ascensor (nos tocó el 2 piso con niño pequeño) . La playa de el hotel no es apta para el baño, se puede utilizar por el fuerte oleaje que tiene solo en la orilla después de cierta hora de la tarde
