Check in was great, great service and even early check in, the breakfast was also very good and we enjoyed the pool on top of a long walk around the National park. Really enjoyed our stay, can definitely recommend. And of cause the ease of getting to the park right on the door step, no driving needed, perfect.
Nothing we didn't like, only one funny thing, the toilet in our room was fitted quite far of the floor, so even I who is 6 foot tall had my feet of the ground when on the toilet.

The location was convenient, and the room was generally clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who welcomed us even though we arrived after midnight. We also appreciated that the staff the next morning suggested a nearby park where we could charge our car for free, which helped us get back on schedule without losing too much time.
Although the room was clean, it didn’t quite give us the overall feeling of freshness and cleanliness we would have expected.
Our main disappointment was with the EV charging. Since we were on a road trip and needed to charge overnight in order to continue our journey the next day, we contacted the hotel three times in advance specifically to make sure we would be able to charge the car. We were reassured that we could, but when we arrived, the charger was already occupied and we were told that charging works on a first-come, first-served basis. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that policy, but we wish this had been clearly communicated beforehand instead of being reassured that charging would be available. Had we known, we could have planned our trip accordingly.

We needed a place where we can stay for a night halfway on our trip, and this place was perfect for that. The bed was big and comfortable, 2 meters wide. We didn't have a big selection in the dinner menu, but it was delicious, we could choose a soup from 3 options, a main course from 5 or 6 options, and a dessert from a few options. Everything else is for charge, except tap water with ice was free. Breakfast was also good. The hotel is 15 minutes from Sibenik via car which is good. Also they can provide discount to the nearby national park.
In the room, there was no electric connector in reasonable places, e.g. next to the bed or the desk, just randomly placed next to the balcony door, at the suitcase rack and behind the TV. The door of the shower was faulty, can't be closed, and it keeps opening, you need to keep holding it closed with your hand our foot. In the morning the cleaning staff opened into our room 30 mins before checkout - partly our bad as we didn't indicate DND, but at least they should wait a few seconds after knocking.

Location excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, nice pool.
Parking spaces were awkward sizes around trees and not enough for all guests, 6 good parking spaces at the front of the hotel, no tea/coffee or fridge in the room (for a 4 star would expect this) and not available to use other than at breakfast in the dining room unless you paid extra, rooms and some general areas tired, our shower door didn't close, had a wasps nest on a chair on our balcony (although when told they did come and take it away) and the decking around the pool and across the ponds was rather tired and rather awkward to walk on (quite steep) which wasn't safe for walking across. Not suitable for older people.
