Only one jacuzzi what is not in good condition + sauna is not working in the spa.

rude waitress that literally kicked people (some 10 people) out at 23hrs from hotel bar (that sits right next to reception) not allowing us to finish our drinks. she turned off lights, kicked us out (not exaggerating - she was so rude) and when we objected she started arguing. Real shame that one rude person destroyed the overall experience and all the hard work other staff showed. I am sure she did not do it first time and why management would allow such person to work still is beyond me.
