Flat whith nice view, very coosy.

The check-in is not efficient: As the payment terminal is not working properly. The check-out is worst: Really too complicated and stressfull. I had to come 3 times to the reception. At check-out : The customers must partially clean without any anything (no sponge, no product..). We must prepare beds, sorts sheets, bring them to the reception, be ready for the very accurate appointment, and then bring the evidence papers.... and all these actions earlier than 10.00 am. CRAZY departure.

- The apartment was big enough for us (four adults and two kids) and the location was good. - in the end there were not many people so they allowed us to park both cars in the parking, which was very nice

- We chose the place because it had a kids room (picture on the website too) but it turned out it didn't anymore. It would have been nice to know that as that was a decisive factor for us (we have 2 kids under tye age of 4). - the pool is not always available, they could have a longer timetable considered that we went with kids. Also, it's closed at the weekend. - Reception opens at 17:00 so no-one is around during the day in case you need something - The staff doesn't really speak Spanish nor English, but we got by. We would have appreciated some guidance on the facilities in the area (restaurants, places for kids etc). - luckily, we were warned to bring toilet paper (thanks to other comments on booking), bedsheets and towels (specified on the website). I was surprised not to even find some liquid to wash the dishes nor a sponge, something you usually find in apartments.
