The Hotel is beautiful. The reception area with the Koi fishes were very beautiful. The staff made the experience fun and were very helpful. The spa did a great job and we left really relaxed. The food on our all inclusive package were really tasty!! Compliments to the chef!!
The breakfast buffet was amazing and I would say the best of all the places we have been to in Phuket on this holiday. I wish I could taste more things before getting full.
The drinks were not very cold, which is a big no-no for me on holiday. The portions on the all inclusive were not big, and I was not allowed to order something more to fill me up, which did not help with my idea of what all-inclusive meant.

Central location, shuttle provided to get to the beach daily until 9pm. Nice staff, especially Cartoon, she was lovely with the kids and very attentive. Good food options.
The floor was constantly wet and dangerous. We had to keep the AC on 21 all day to avoid too much moisture on the floors, meaning we were cold at night. Facilities like the kids' wet play area and the VR section were closed for days. The hill to get to the hotel OMG!
