No taxis. No rentals. far from town so have to stay in resort from beginning to end

the restaurant staff

the front desk person was not qualified to do her job. No taxi except to pier. cannot get taxi down town. rental of motorcycle or scooter requires them to keep passport. I will never ever let someone have my passport to keep for a week.

Probably was good once.

Rooms were really comfortable and clean. Bathroom ok but tired, and grouting needs attention. Staff were really friendly and apologetic for a place that has come out of mothballs after covid.

Not at all like the description. No restaurant or bar. Second pool was a mosquito haven. Main pool was clean but loungers old, sodden and dirty. Whole site very tired and on need of updating.

They are way better places to stay

The view from the bar and the restaurant (although I recommend eating elsewhere). The personal at the bar was nice at the last evening. But later we got a reply to our complaints just stating that we had a wonderful last evening with complementary drinks.

Our private pool was green and we had no wifi in our room because of a broken WiFi router. After contacting the staff countless times they promised to fix it but neither of these problems were fixed nor was there given feedback about their progress. Furthermore the cleaning is mediocre, we did find some nailcuts in the sink when we arrived. The other days the cleaning was OK. A lot of facilities need renovations. The private and the public pool are missing quite some tiles and the handrails are old and very loose. We expected better, especially considering the price of the upgraded rooms.

Absolutely LOVED

This stay was just amazing for us. We stayed in the ocean view villa with private pool and we fell in love! The views were stunning, the house cleaning lady was so sweet, the ocean on property is clean and there is a small grocery store for everything you need.

The breakfast was pretty bad for how nice the hotel is. Instant coffee.. come on. All the hot food in the warmers rarely get checked and refilled and they get cold. The prices for lunch and dinner are outrageous. We never ate once there. The hotel is far from everything so you need a bike.
