The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant and reception staff.
The room and hotel was clean.
The choice and quality of the breakfast was exceptional.
Lunch and dinner was also good quality but as expected more expensive than the local restaurants.
The hotel was on the beach and therefore a great location for beach lovers.
There is very little entertainment, bars and restaurants within walking distance
and no hotel bar after 9pm which is the only negative.
The food at Nora beach club was good however this also closed early evening.
No bar or lounge area to get drinks or coffee after 9pm.

Loved the easy access to the beach and convenient stores
Wouldnt come back here.
1. The customer service in the restaurant was very poor, the staff was rude, scolded us and was annoyed by simple requests.
2. The toilet in the room was clogged throughout our stay.
3. Food was expensive and wasnt good, street food tasted much better.
4. The doors can open despite being locked from the inside. Unsafe for kids as they can simply open the door and we would be unaware if we were sleeping or in the washroom. The change of locks were being done throughout our stay which cause sound and other disruptions.
5. The front desk were not really welcoming and the check in and out took abit of time.
