Indian owners, Indian Staff, Indian menu,
Did not like my room over bin yard and noisy recyling, food and linen deliveries from 6 am. Changed room to other side of bin park and next to large hotel extractor. I could hear it all night

Nice big room. Quiet at night. Lovely location.
Shower was tepid, the controls made no sense. The room was above a conference room, some guy with a booming voice was irritating.

£20 parking cost for a two night stay was unexpected and not welcome.
But other than that it was a lovely place to stay and relax.
Ten pound a night car parking fee.

Lovely building , nice room and comfortable bed
The pool was out of use , which should have resulted in a discount.
There was a £20 charge to park my car!
The lovely outdoor area was closed at 8pm and we were told to go inside on a lovely summer evening.
My friend incorrectly bought breakfast (not realising it was included) and reception made it difficult and time consuming to get it refunded.
