Loved the food, the hotel and great staff. Will definitely be returning.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are basic but comfortable and very clean. The location is great too, not far from the bars or the ski bus stop. The staff were lovely and the food at evening meal times was excellent, despite being vegetarian I had absolutely no struggle and was served beautiful food.

The only slight downside is the walk down the steep bank in ski boots but fine if you take it steady.

Great value with loads of character.

A lovely little hotel. Gorgeous views from our bedroom in a proper chalet with wooden shutters that still worked. The room wasn’t big but had plenty of room and loads of good storage. Good sized shower room with plenty of hot water. Food was plentiful, tasty and tended to be based on local recipes which was good. Plenty to eat at breakfast too. Very friendly hosts who were welcoming and helpful.

We came to the resort from Geneva with EasyBus/Alpibus which were great and very reasonably priced. I didn’t get the door to door option so it was difficult to get from the bus stop up to the hotel via a steep little footpath lugging a heavy case. Had to ring the hotel for extra directions. But once we got there it was all fine. It’s too near to take a taxi. Would recommend you hire your skis and leave them and your boots in town each night. The hotel has a good deal with one of the shops.

lovely stay, definitely stay again. 10/10

lovely location, short walk and easy for bus transport into village. staff were excellent, lovely and friendly.

evening meal could be earlier. 7.30pm was a bit late for my family, after a day on the slopes.

Well looked after by an incredible team

The friendliest staff we have ever encountered on a holiday. Everyone was so lovely and made us feel so welcome and the food was incredible every night. Exceeded our expectations.

Great stay in super hotel, atmospheric pretty town although pretty awful conditions

great views from the hotel over the town, but this required a walk up a steep hill. Excellent dinners, very comfortable and clean a real family hotel with great service and very friendly owners and staff

, Very good breakfast, fresh croissant, the owner was very pleasant and helpful, Great location in the middle but very quiet and the kids loved the place

very central location, wonderful welcome

the most welcoming lady, the owner, who was open to questions and very attentive to her guests. we really felt welcome. thank you !! the beds are super comfortable. the view is nice from the balcony and we can hear the river sound. the center is 4 minutes walk away. everything is close by. there is free parking

there is no common hangout area. something you can find in other hotels. the price is a little too high compared to other similar offers in the area. our room was very small and it would have been good to have a little table in the balcony. the breakfast was very simple, same every day

Great stay in Morzine and very friendly staff.

It was a great stay. Very nice room and a decent breakfast in the morning. Location is superb - very close to the centre but quiet at the same time. Super big thank you to Mariona who knew I was running quite early the next morning (Trail des Hauts Forts) and was kind enough to bring me breakfast the previous night.

It was perfect.

Mariona and her staff simply could not do enough for us. The hotel has a lovely friendly family-run atmosphere and we will be returning. Breakfast was superb.
