Personal sehr nett frühstück wird an den Tisch gebracht und ist reichhaltig
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Wald mit Balkon. Für uns tat die Ruhe sehr gut. Ein Waldweg führt nach Bad ems runter,man läuft 20 min. Ca.

Gebäude und Ausstattung etwas altertümlich, superfreundliche Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück, welches serviert wird. Beim Frühstück werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg mit super Ausblick ins Tal.

Man konnte es dort gut aushalten ,bis auf die unten beschriebenen Missstände. Nochmal würden wir dieses Hotel nicht buchen.
Leider kein Aufzug im Gebäude nur Treppe zu den Zimmern. Für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Nach frischer Nacht keine Heizung im Bad in Betrieb, trotz Buchung mit Heizung. Auf dem Balkon kamen die Rauchwolken des Nachbarn (Abtrennung nur mit Glas) zu uns rüber (Nichtraucher). Frühstück ausreichend, aber Wurst-und Käseaufschnitt grenzwertig. Zu lange gelagert.
