We had a very nice stay at this studio in Annecy. The location was excellent — only about a 5-minute walk to Annecy train station and around a 10-minute walk to the beautiful lake. Everything was convenient and easy to reach. The service was very good, and the receptionist was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. We really appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality.
Nothing major — we had a pleasant stay and were very happy with our experience.

When we enter on our room for the first day the smell of the room is not good.. but its clean. Only the smell. Than is why we open our windows each time

A little out of the main town but 15 min walk and you are in the centre
Was concerned with the neighbourhood thought it looked ‘dodgy’ to begin with but turned out okay. Aircon would have been appreciated and a toaster

It was ok
Location is fine too, about 1-1.5km to the old town
They don’t clean the bathroom or change the sheets everyday. If you stay there for about 4 nights also, they don’t clean it on a daily basis which isn’t a good thing.
There was no mirror in the room, only one mirror at the sink in the bathroom which is also not full length mirror.
Could get really hot during summer and they don’t have AC
The housekeeping of the property should handle the garbage, instead you are expected to throw the garbage out. We can leave the place in a clean way of however it was handed over, but, they even expect you to throw the garbage n threaten you with fine if you miss it
