The location, the view, the access to the beach, the clear sea, the coffee at breakfast and the comfort of the bed. The proximity to the town for dinners.
I think the shower head in the room is poor. Although I knew, I missed a balcony. Considering that they charge me for 4 people in a room designed for 2.

Clean room, clean pool, friendly staff, good breakfast
Room size very small for 4 adults, useless controls on the air conditioning unit - is either running or not, you could not set a temperature, you had to pay if you want to park your car in front on the hotel, which is not normal for a 4 star hotel. The lift to the beach is usefull but is not taking you to the beach, just down to the base of the hill, from where you have to cross a main street with heavy traffic.
