Breakfast was ok
Reception staff were not the friendliest and changed 3 rooms until we found a air conditioning that was working

Friendly personnel, green territory, private pool in our suite, beaches across the road, many tables for breakfast, good filtered coffee, nice selection of local products.
Some damages with lamps, AC, door handles. But mostly they were repaired. SPA reception was not very professional - first, they confirmed bookings for a couple massage and mini massage but next day they called one hour before and told that a couple massage was not available. And very high prices for all SPA treatments in general.
