The staff was very helpful, specially Kostas who told us about the bus stop across the Road and even offered to help with the luggages we had

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. When we arrived the lady at the front desk gave us some great recommendations for the trip and helped orientate us to the island. Front of the property (and property as a whole) is very well kept and beautiful. The rooms are exactly as pictured so you know what you’re getting. The rooms we stayed in (penthouse) is very clean and spacious. The hotel itself is small and rural - this enabled an intimate and relaxed environment for guests. Kostantinos clearly takes a lot of pride in his hotel and creates a lovely atmosphere for guests. Shower and water pressure is very good. The room service is great, we had some light bites which were really tasty and the drinks being delivered to the room was amazing.
As we stayed at the penthouse, the AC units are located above and it seems so are other floors so these units are very noisy and cause a lot of vibration which made sleeping difficult.
The fridge in our room was very loud, making sleep more difficult. We often ended up unplugging the fridge overnight for quiet. We forget to mention this as we were leaving, apologies!
We had some language barrier issues with a very lovely and I believe new member of staff in the evenings which meant there were some wrong orders - and subsequently quite excessive calls back and forth to order to the room and often having to go downstairs to talk in person on numerous occasions.
Car park is not onsite and a very short walk away but spaces are extremely tight.

The staff were great and the room and property were very clean.
The location is unsatisfactory with an unpleasant and dangerous walk to and from.
