Wonderful boutique hotel. There truly isn’t much to complain about. The room was lovely, clean and spacious enough for two. Lovely views and comfortable balcony. Pool was refreshing and the grounds were clean, accesible and lovely to spend time in. The staff are all very polite and helpful. And the breakfast bar is fantastic as well. The bikes were so useful for us because we didn’t drive to the villa, and on a bike it’s only a short ride to the city center (15 mins) and a great alternative to taking taxis daily. The two restaurants nearby happen to be the most highly rated eateries in the town and are a short walk (5mins). Overall our trip was delightful due to such amazing accommodations.
Only discomfort were the mosquitoes in the early evening, it would be great if they burned the candles or provided anti mosquito accessories but honestly there truly aren’t many negative things to say about villa Agnese. I guess the only truly negative thing is that there aren’t more locations throughout Italy or Europe for us to book with. We truly enjoyed our time and it was definitely money well spent.

Very nice breakfast with lot of fruits, bakeries and ham. Nice seimming poil. Confortable rooms for three with a teen.

The hotel and staff we're superb, the whole place is extremely well presented and the staff are all lovely, especially the evening reception lady and the barman. The staff couldn't do enough to help.The breakfast too was lovely, rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The pool area is lovely and quiet and gets the sun all day.
The entrance road in is awful which does let it down. You have to go through an underpass which is full of graffiti and is very scruffy.
Alongside that opposite the hotel is a tennis centre, one of the courts is undercover, the monstrosity that covers the court is a huge ugly scaffold type affair and does spoil the view of what is otherwise very nice.
We just put these two issues aside and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I appreciate these aren't the hotels fault but they are there so only fair to warn others looking to book.

Property was spotlessly clean and very well kept. We requested ground floor accommodation and they were only too happy to help. The staff were very friendly and their English excellent.
