The staff were exceptionally professionally and polite and helpful.
Location… perfect. So beautiful.
Food was excellent.
Fabulous communication.
Stunning sunset.
The pool needs the tiles sorting.
The air conditioning unit in room 15 is noisy and may need a service.
Preferred being in the monastery bedrooms.
I would have preferred to eat breakfast outside taking in the view.

The location is fantastic. Gradara is an interesting and beautiful place to visit with plenty of good value, excellent eateries. Hotel staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful.
Our family stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights in main building, Conventino. On last night were kept awake by terrible loud music from nearby venue until 3.00 in the morning. No warning or apology from hotel. This is nothing new and is referenced by other reviewers elsewhere, so they knew.
Breakfast is ok but definitely not ‘great’ unless you eat lots of cake.
Only 1 small bottle of water in rooms. If you want any more pay for it from the mini bar.
Both safes not working and not fixed after asking.
