Ty Gwyn Hotel

Beautiful period property, in a perfect location. Rooms were lovely and clean. Food was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was situated above the dining area where breakfast was served and unfortunately you could hear the music from the room from approximately 7:30 on both mornings of our stay. Unfortunately on our final evening there was a disagreement in the kitchen between staff where shouting and profanities were being used which could be clearly heard in the bar area which left me feeling really uncomfortable.

Some people may not like creaky floorboards. But this is inevitable given the age of the property

Very quaint. Could have been a cool place, but it wasn’t.

Rude staff and food in the restaurant was awful. Wait staff super rude. Not a good experience. See photo…chair I was meant to sit on in restaurant. I asked to move tables they said No… and the entire restaurant was empty. I was dumbfounded. Obviously sad angry staff. Argh.
