Staff was very nice and friendly we specifically thanks for umet who gave us very good customer service always ask us if we need any help during our stay .Kitchen staff was very nice and friendly.

It is a nice place, I had everything close to the center of histórico of Istanbul,. The excellent and friendly members from the Ares Hotel are excellent person and very kind to others customer. I had a nice experience and felt happy in the Ares hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing (and necessary). Their breakfast was a great inclusion and very tasty.
The room was basic but had everything we needed.
