Good Location and delicious breakfast
Other guests were extremely loud, but it has nothing to do with a hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Location, breakfast, rooms, service was all good. Washroom door/lock should be checked and modified for safety sake.a
Washroom door/lock should be rectified and modified for safety sake. Fire brigade had to be called to get me out of the washroom, thank God it happened during day time and more so your staff's working hours. I was stuck in for almost 45 mins. You should have hotel staff present 24 hrs.

The location was very central, the staff was very helpful, the whole place was quite clean, and filled with many high-tech touches. Breakfast was quite nice.
The primary problem was that the room was small almost to the point of discomfort. We could barely open our luggage in the space that was not occupied by the bed, or other furniture and when we did we had difficulty getting out the door The room also had a strange configuration, with two beds separated by a wall. The bathroom was also located outside the bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient though it was at least a decent size. The noise from the street was loud at night.

Stylishly modernised building in centre of Assisi.
Comfortable bed, clean shower-room with plenty of hot water.
Selection of breakfast foods [available after 08.30].
Hotel is only staffed between 08.30 and 17.00. When bedroom lights failed [apparently fuse switch tripped during rain storm], nobody available to sort it out.
No seating for guests when breakfast room is shuttered 1700-0830 [apart from outside in rain/dark].
Bedroom ceiling light glows all night disturbing sleep [except when electrics not working!].
