The location was awesome, lots of restaurants nearby and the neighborhood was very walkable and safe. The style of the decor was modern and the beds were comfortable. There was good sound insulation because we did not hear any other guests from our room and there was no street noise. I appreciated how there was a separate stall for the toilet and separate stall for the shower—when you travel with other people, sometimes one person wants to shower while someone else wants to use the toilet/wash their hands. The first night, we couldn’t figure out to control the thermostat but when we asked the front desk for help, they sent somebody up promptly to help. There was always somebody at the front to help with luggage and to greet you as you came in. Fantastic value and stay, would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast space could be larger and/or needed more staffing, since it was sometimes hard to find a space to sit and the staff struggled to keep up with refilling the food and clearing away dirty dishes from the tables. There were just clearly a ton of people staying at the hotel and coming through for breakfast. It was really nice that they made eggs to order, though!

The staff here were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The hotel and room were lovely. They let us store our bags when we arrived early on the first day and also when we went to the rainforest for two nights. It was in a great location, very quiet and close to lots of options for dinner and exploring the city.
Most of the equipment in the gym was out of order.

The location was spot on..close vicinity to clubs,beach,restaurants.Amazing breakfast buffet!
Cherry on top was the staff at reception.they helped us book Uber when our app wasn’t working.allocated rooms before our check in time.they were really sweet and helpful!

Good location and clean (but small) rooms
We booked this hotel specifically because it has a gym / fitness center. We are traveling for some time and this is important to us. On arrival we were told it was out of order for the entire length of our stay. We were not told this in advance - if we were we would not have booked.
Initial receptionist not able to understand this was a problem as this is not correct to advertise a facility and not have it.
We complained and a second receptionist the following day offered that the hotel would pay for a day pass for us to use a community gym nearby. When we visited the community gym they wanted our original passports to let us into the gym. This is not acceptable to us to carry our passports around a new city that we don’t know the safety of!
In addition the Radisson hotel does not show up on the Radisson app. Therefore I had to book through booking . Com. The receptionist verified this by searching on my app - then refused to add points for Radisson rewards as not on the app (which was impossible to do).
I have complained about this but no response from Radisson rewards. If the hotel can forward this I would be grateful.
Breakfast okay - no espresso - you are charged for this if you want it which isn’t what I would expect from a Radisson hotel.
