We had an amazing time at the Holiday Inn, but were so comfortable.

The state was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The staff was awesome. Breakfast was great.

The pool was a little dirty people left clothes, dirty towels, everywhere other than that it was really fun

Very comfy bed and spacious room. Also free cookies in the lobby.

Great place, good value. We always enjoy a stay at holiday inn express. The quality is too notch and consistent.

Clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and afternoon Happy Hour. We enjoyed the pool, fitness room, and even got some laundry done.

The location made it necessary to make a u turn of coming from the south. Not a big deal, but google didn’t know.

The buffet breakfast was awesome and the staff was amazing. The room was very comfortable.

Amazing staff member Greg, he went above and beyond for us, if I had a Hotel I would have to try and hire him as the Manager for sure. I love that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. It was very spacious and comfortable.

Our frirends room had stains on the carpet which made me feel like i couldn't walk around without shoes.

sucked! Lost about 2 1/2 hours of sleep after staff walked in our room with other guests

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Lady who ran the breakfast was nice.

Service desk guy walked into our room at midnight with guests. we were in bed. no call, no knock. walked in and I told the general manager about it and she said "Oh I'm sorry" then looked back to her paperwork. She did not care and was condescending and rude. I was shocked at her rudeness and lack of concern. she spoke rudely to me, and even a staff member told me they were shocked we weren't offered a comped or discounted room after the invasion of privacy and rudeness from the actual GM. I told the GM I would complain and heard her tell the 2 ladies at the desk that they better back her up if I complain. Unprofessional. room was $190 and across from railroad tracks. woken up at midnight then front desk called our room a half hour later, near 1am. It was a terrible experience and we paid almost $200 for this!

Good time with family

We had been to this location before and thought we knew what to expect, but they had done a huge upgrade. Place was nice and clean, we enjoyed our room, it worked great for our needs. Loved adult happy hour. Nice little bonus. Breakfast was good in the morning, several choices, everyone was able to find something to eat.

Great place to stay! Very clean with friendly staff an hour or so from Seattle

Breakfast was great, room was very clean, view was awesome and staff was friendly.

Location of hotel off of the freeway was abrupt, and the pool was small and underwhelming although my kids didnt mind.

Great place for a family stay for sports weekend at by the Outlets. Will stay again.

The continental breakfast was fantastic. Service was great. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Close to the outlet mall. Beautiful fitness room.

Have to make a u-turn to get back into the facility from the outlets, so a bit hard to access. No hot tub. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

With the train going by out in front I would rather have had a room towards the back side. Can only take a right turn out of the parking lot & unable to take a left turn into due to hotel location.

Facilities and staff and breakfast was above average.

Access, location and exterior sound....every train, every truck shook the building. Difficult access with no left turn out made driving additionally long and complicated.

If only the bed was comfortable...it would've been a great stay.

It was very clean and updated. It looked great and well kept.

The bed was not comfortable. My back is still killing me. That's really my only complaint.
