Breakfast was good. The staff were really friendly. Everyone there seemed to enjoy their stay, which also made it feel like the whole place was being taken care of.
The pool was small. Not necessarily bad, just if there were a lot of kids there, you couldn't have a good time. So that's a case-by-case basis, your experience may vary.

The breakfast had a variety of fresh foods. 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby was a plus as we had a very early departure on our last day. Room was clean, quiet, well stocked with towels. Liked having Dove products in the bathroom.
Would have liked to have had a granola cereal to use as a topper for yoghurt. Would have liked to have real 1/2 and 1/2 at the 24/7 coffee bar instead of artificial creamers. Would have liked to have had a water bottle refill station somewhere near the lobby instead of having to use the water fountains around the corner from the elevators.

It was clean. Although there were no Q-tips or any other basic materials needed around the sink in the bathroom rather than soap and lotion.
There was no coffee machine in the room, and there were no bottles of water in the refrigerator. When we booked the room, it showed two beds, but we got one king-size bed. The staff should be kinder and friendlier with customers and show that they try to help.
