The location was perfect for my requirements. The staff was helpful and the rooms were fine.
We enjoyed the breakfast choice and I will certainly return there when I am attending a Thailand Culure Centre event which is just a short walk from the hotel.
Everything was fine for me. No complaints.

LOCATION
THE HOTEL ALMOST LIKE 30 YEARS OLD, BUT FACILITY HAD REDUCED, BATHROOM HAS NOT BEEN UP GRADED

The room service was good.
The main reason we didn't enjoy this hotel is because the bed was so hard that it felt like you were lying on a wooden plank. It was the firmest bed that we have ever slept on, and the worst sleep we have ever had. The hotel (generally) is really outdated, with heavy, polished dark timber panelled walls and low light interior. We felt like we were back in the 80's. The foyer is really large with no sofa's or seating, which made it look really sparse. The pool was not a pleasant space nor the gym. It's not a hotel I would visit again.
