I booked this hotel for my girlfriend as she had an early appointment in the area the following day. I understand everything was very satisfactory at the hotel, a lovely spacious room, clean, very helpful and friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Clean, big rooms, comfortable beds.
Took the room with a balcony, but it was impossible to open, manager said we can not use it. No smoking area at least in 300m.
No soap in the room, no rug for shower.
Unexpectedly asked 1000 baht deposit, what sounds weird for the 4-star hotel.
Construction site opposite of the hotel.
Electricity outlets didn’t work (personal fixed it after. But when you just come after long trip and want to charge your phone it’s inconvenient).
Personal wasn’t able to help with wi-fi, had to go to reception for it.
