I payed for a city view room,they told me they upgraded me and they view was definitely not city views,it was just a view of industrial buildings next door,won’t be staying there again.

I stayed for a week travellling for business. It is a good high-end hotel.
From the website I didn't know it was part of the Marriot group. Unfortunately I missed my points and status privileges.

The staff was helpful.
Old rooms with dirty and stinky carpets. Lack of proper ventilation in the room. Dirty walls. Far from the center and main attractions.
