The rooms were great. We were on the 14th floor. We had a great view looking over the city. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooom was well equipped. Good water pressure in shower. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Close to the train station.

Not much on arrival looked impressive..
Wifi was shocking as we just come from a 2 star place and the wifi was the best so u expect the wifi to be amazing at a 5 star place. Cleaned room one day and didn’t stock our coffee. Then next day I said no cleaning. Then the next day after that they didn’t clean at all. Air con stopped working rand and waited an hour and none come then when I was going out complained and he said please wait I will call now seriously I have already waited an hour but was fixed by the time we returned.
