Asin, the receptionist was a fantastic girl. Really loved her vibes as she was extremely great helping us out.
We had a few issues with the 1st room allotted to us, as the aircon won’t work, immediately she offered us a technician to come over and have a look at the room. However, as he was unavailable she changed our room. The changed room had a shower handle issue where it was broken (operational but broken).
When bought to her attention she just upgraded us to the other room for the second day.
-We had water given and also they had water refill station.
-Location is great, everything is walking distance.
-7/11 bang opposition
-Laundry is wall touching, basically next door named HotSpot itself
Mentioned above already.
Rooms can have technician sent and fix all the odd jobs at once as the property location and staff is ultimate

Spacious room for family of 4. Comfortable to pray & possible for Jama'a.
Bidet far from reach to wash after doing biz. Small pail also not provided.
