A new building, in a very quiet corner of Socolari. Spacious rooms, large enough shower cabin, large comfy bed. AC! Kitchen and grill at the property. The host is kind and helpful.
There is no breakfast for the moment, though it exists a dining hall.

This pretty new 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom and a livingroom is arranged in an attic. The rooms are spacious, well lit and immaculate white towels are provided as well as liquid soap and toilet paper. The host was very considerate and gave us new towels after 2 days. There is an (extendable?) sofa, two regular tables with 2 benches and 2 armchairs in front of TV which has cable with several programs. There is also a covered balcony available as well as a kitchen well equipped.
Unfortunately there is no AC and during the hot summer days this attic is a real sauna (I'M NOT JOKING!) The windows are located in the ceiling, so they are hard to reach and if you let them open and is raining, the water gets right on the floor (happened to me). Also there is no net (would be impossible to mount them due to the way the windows open) so be prepared for night butterflies and mosquitoes to enter your room. The livingroom needs a bigger TV screen as well as more armchairs especially if at least 4 people are going to rent this apartment. A frige would be very welcomed due to the fact this place is located on the first flor in another building, next to the one where the kitchen and the refrigerator is (unless you like exercising up and down on stairs every time you need something from the kitchen!). Finally hope you have a 4x4 car because the access alley is not paved, just uneven rocky stones.
