Central to everything and so comfortable and cute! Fab thought of everything and the kitchen was well stocked with water and everything when we arrived. Ortigia is less than a 5 minute walk away, it was overall so comfortable and cute. I loved it. Oh plus it was so clean. Also the neighbor business has a cute pit bull she was so friendly and greeted me every time I walked by.
The bed was a little hard in the guest room but it was fine overall.

Fabio's Syracuse apartment is very modern and clean, nothing to fault except (in common with many shared facilities) the entrance area and stairwell could do with some smartening up. Fabio has good comms (WhatsApp) and advised re local beaches. Fontane Bianche is a great beach, soft sand, deck chairs for hire, great for swimming, and a great restaurant in the middle serving snacks, ice cream etc.. Highly recommended!
Finding a nearby parking space anytime is really difficult. In the evening at least there is a large car park on the NW tip of Ortigia. If it looks full, just cruise round until someone leaves, then walk back to Via Eritrea on the footbridge.

Logement très bien situé, entre les deux parties de Syracuse, à quelques minutes à pied d'Ortigia, lieu génial pour passer de bonnes soirées. Bon équipement, très fonctionnel. Très bons contacts avec le loueur, toujours disponible.
La montée à l'étage peut être difficile pour les valises ou si handicap. N'avoir qu'une seule salle de bains - contenant les WC - pour deux couples, n'est pas top top (même si elle est très bien équipée).

Perfectly located apartment, just outside of the historical center. Perfect size for our little family (2 adults, 1 child). The breakfast bar downstairs is superb!
Bathroom is a little worn but ok.
