Die Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage am Rande von Meran war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzbesuch benötigt.
Es fehlt eine Klimatisierung in der warmen Wohnung. Fenster öffnen in der Nacht war aufgrund von Schnellstraßenlärm nicht möglich. Die Bausubstanz ist in die Jahre gekommen. Duschen in der Badewanne ist nicht für jeden etwas.

The owners are very kind and available for questions and help. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the city in a peaceful building. In front of the building, there is a nice green area/small park. Within walking distance of the city center - about a 15-minute walk along a pleasant, green, and quiet path along the river. The apartment is old, but very clean and spacious enough. The view from the windows is breathtaking.
As a small suggestion, it would be great to have a few extra towels and trash bags available, especially for longer stays.
Also, just a quick heads-up: the apartment doesn't have AC. The provided fan works well, but at 35°C outside, it just isn't enough.

Mr Francesco, the host is amazing, friendly, helpful always available, the apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, great location, walkable everywhere, the view of the mountains from the window is also wonderful. Great apartment, great place to stay. 🙏🏽👌🏽
