The hosts live next door, I advised my ETA, and the door was answered straight away and the host took me in to the property , showed me around and let me choose the room
The house was SPOTLESS, I mean SPOTLESS Well furnished, everything you could possibly need if staying. for a few days - washer/ dryer, fully equipped kitchen , full shared bathroom over and above your private ensuite shower room. Off street parking, even a secret garden to sit in
The house was fully booked the night we were staying ( cider weekend) but we didnt hear a peep within the house, and whilst its on a busy main road, we still slept with the window open and weren't disturbed at all
A fantastic stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for longer stays. If we need to stay down again, I would certainly book in

Good location to city and shops, good shared kitchen and TV room, good parking available
Small bedroom and ensuite. Bedroom close to street. Difficult to find.

Comfy beds
Too noisy. On a main road. Too hot. No air-conditioning. You couldn't open the windows for air in one of the rooms. Shared accommodation. The kitchen was right next to one of the rooms and you couldn't avoid the smell of strong spices from cooking by another guest. The hot water ran out every morning.
