Ideal location, staff was very friendly and the room was sparkling clean.
Practicality has been sacrificed to fancy design. The room looks gorgeous yet there is limited space for clothes, to hang towels, to put your stuff on bedside tables etc

Everything about the hotel wa perfect staff exceptional. I had an accident in the street the staff went over and above to make sure I was comfortable at all times. The breakfast was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel I will definitely be booking my next vacation to Lebanon to stay at hotel Lost 10 out of ten!!
Only issue although it’s an old building but stunningly renovated it doesn’t have a lift

The look, feel, and structure of the room are nice and authentic, also located in the center of Elgemayza Street.
The room is always too cold.
There’s no staff available to call if needed.
Hot water wasn’t working most of the time.
Not enough drinking water in the room, and no refrigerator.
There’s no elevator, so I had to go up five floors.
Housekeeping is always late to clean the room.
