Staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful.. the location is amazing for someone who likes historical places and to live the vibes, breakfast was so yummy and coffee was always just on point
Needs some improvement on toilet and towels cleaning, rather than that everything was as expected and what I wanted to live and feel

Great location with AC and cute balcony
The bathroom wasn’t really as advertised with the coloured tiles etc and the bedding had a rip in it

The look, feel, and structure of the room are nice and authentic, also located in the center of Elgemayza Street.
The room is always too cold.
There’s no staff available to call if needed.
Hot water wasn’t working most of the time.
Not enough drinking water in the room, and no refrigerator.
There’s no elevator, so I had to go up five floors.
Housekeeping is always late to clean the room.
