O prédio está bem localizado mas tem escadas pois fica no segundo andar o que para nos desconfortável. Nos banheiros os box de banho tinham um piso escorregadio o que requer muito cuidado. Para casais com filhos é uma boa opção pois os três quartos são separados e todos tem banheiro.

Os quartos são bem espaçosos e confortáveis , tem uma mini cozinha nele que deu para tomar café da manhã lá . A acomodação fica bem próxima dos pontos turísticos
O fato de ser no segundo andar e estávamos com grupo de pessoas mais velhas . Elas sentiram um pouco cansada mas isso não é impeditivo.
